Lol do excuse my apparent wackoness. My head has been on the clouds if you haven't already noticed. Haha. It's the final week of Michaelmas term, with all courseworks/essays submitted. Heck yeah, I'm happy! And dreamyyy. Rofl.

Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me

I saw this, which was amazing by the way;

TheXFactorUK

And I instantly thought of this;

Weekend Escapade

Every weekend, I look forward to the likes of these;

Real good ey? I just love singing shows! Am an avid fan of American Idol. Now I'm into X Factor as well. Oh and guess who's my fave?

Nice little Joe from Northern England :) My flat-mate and I were definitely melting in front of the TV last week. Haha. We love Olly too! Go check them out on YouTube, if you must! And some other peeps too.

Kudos to TheXFactorUK for the videos.

19 plus 1 equals to? :)

Hey You!

Nenek Gemokkk, I wish you all the best in whatever that you do.

Do not let people get in your way, get you down for the silliest reasons.

Do not be afraid to take that step, to reach your goal.

Do not be afraid to stand your ground, believing in what you believe in.

Yet still, never be ashamed to cry when you fall.
Let it all out and start everything with that renewed spirit.

Above all, I wish you happiness and success in many years to come.

So my dearest Alyani Sarngungi,

Happy 20th Birthday!
You're older and that's a fact :)

Cheers!
xoxo

Finance, Statistics and X-Factor?

I have two things to submit this Monday. Finance homework, to which I have started, then left it for dinner, and haven't gone back to it. As well as Statistics coursework, yayy me, not. I have said this before, and I will say it again, I am not bad in math, quite good, but I am not that great either. Business Statistics, like the one I did in UiTM, now that I love. But pure Statistics, let's just say things have not been smooth-sailing. I have done a sorta draft of the coursework. Did it during the geek mode phase last week. And thanks to the discussion with Alex, some light has been shaded unto the darkness. Hah. Oh well, tomorrow will be devoted to beloved Stats here. Let's just hope it will all be good ey ;) Now back to Finance. It was a little rough at first. It was as if I have never studied Finance before. Sadddd. But I guess things are slowly getting better. Slowly. Better than nothing though, right? :) So yeah, I better get back to that homework there!

P/s: Watched X-Factor while having dinner. Didn't think it was as good as American Idol, but a good one nonetheless. Simon's guys and Joe were good. Enjoyed their performances! The girls were just alright for me. Now the twins, funny yes, but they really should not have been on the show. Enough said.

Familiar faces.

Bailed out on a Halloween outing. Got into geek mode by doing some statistics on a Friday night. And got entertained by peeps who were driven by alcohol, in other words drunk. Vodka-and-condom dude was hilarious. LOL. All that while counting the hours to Nottingham Games.

'Twas greattt. Period.

No, not the games. We didn't even see it. Went to the city instead. LOL.

It was meeting the friends, just chilling together part.

And definitely the picture taking as well!

Behold, Nottingham Games Meet-Up ;D

Pictures are courtesy of Hannah's facebook :)

Still waiting for pictures from various other cameras to be uploaded,
thank you!

P/s: For those of you who are wondering, Nottingham Games is actually an event where Malaysian Students from universities all over UK meet up to compete in some games. Well supposedly so. I hung out with the friends instead, no games watched, had some Malaysian food and went to the city centre. Cheers! Haha.

Thinking Of You.

I seriously miss my friends. My real good friends. Just talking, hanging with them. Doing silly stuffs. Going out to the movies. Going out for karaoke. Going out for food. Whatever. Bottom line is, I miss you guys! I miss having someone to talk random stuffs with.

Don't get me wrong, I'm having an amazing time here. I'm living the dream, remember? :) My flat-mates are great. Made some new friends, who are great as well. But still, I miss having the circle of people who I can just talk about anything. Plus, constantly speaking in proper English is kinda tiring lah pulak ;p I miss speaking 'Manglish'. Haha!

I miss my family.
I miss my cat.
I miss home :(
